Villa vacation rentals in Cecina

We were traveling with a group of 4 couples and three toddlers. And loved the place. Each couple had their own bathroom and everything was super clean. The entire complex was very well maintained. There was a tennis court, a football field, foosball, volleyball and a great children's playground. The facility cannot be better equipped. In addition, the location of the property is perfect for exploring Tuscany. We were completely satisfied and would come back right away.

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

First let's talk about the house, a spacious two-story house with beautiful wood/stone architecture. A garden perfect for relaxing with hammock, sunbed and of course the jaccuzi, a haven of peace if you want to have a beautiful landscape and tranquility with birdsong. In addition, I would like to thank Senta for being there for us, to answer all our questions. She is an extremely vigilant person. Finally, thank you to Lorenzo whom we were able to meet who made himself available very quickly when we needed him. He didn't speak very good English which gave a funny situation because we speak only very little Italian, but acts count beyond words. Thanks Senta and Lorenzo. We will be back!!! Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

Communication was hassle-free and quick. Curio and the owner were very helpful. Tips for local restaurants and excursions were very good. Accommodation easy to find. Good restaurant within walking distance. Location with great views, winery just opposite and accessible by car or on foot. Room tidy and clean. Property very well maintained and beautiful. Facilities very good. Pool and surroundings were cleaned daily… We were completely satisfied

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

Villa Oliva was perfect for our vacation! The house is very modern and in pristine conditions, with everything you might need for a long term stay. Elena and the team were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we might have had. We loved having a pool, an outdoor grill and the area to see the sunsets was a dream! We highly recommend this property!

This villa up in the mountains is easily one of the best that my family and I have stayed at. There are amazing views of the village of Buti in the valley below and Tuscan landscape further out and hiking trails surround the area. The house and grounds are impeccably decorated and maintained. Though the building looked 100+ years old, it felt very modern and comfortable for city dwellers like us. Melissa, the lady that helped us check-in/check-out, was very friendly and delivered the wife's left-behind wallet to us after we checked out.

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home! The home had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a welcoming pool, and a gym to boot! The location was fabulous - we were easily able to visit Pisa, Lucca, and Florence as well as several beaches. Overall, highly recommend!

Maria has created a beautiful and warm home with a modern design and spacious, cosy layout. The kitchen is a dream for cooking, and the peaceful location is perfect for unwinding. Dinesh was always responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Villa Vittoria is the ideal mix of tranquility and comfort, just minutes from Lucca. The interiors are spacious, well heated and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The covered patio allows you to enjoy the view even on cooler days. It would be nice to be able to go back in the summer to enjoy the park and the beautiful swimming pool. A perfect place for a getaway in Tuscany!

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

if someone is looking for a quiet and beautiful place, this is the place for you! We stayed at Villa sole mio for a week. The view is far-reaching and beautiful. The villas are a little remote meaning that you have to be mobile, but you get peace throughout the day. The location is ideally located geographically and you can reach Lucca,Pisa,Siena and Florence. You can also reach the sea within 45 minutes. Ideal to visit cities in the morning and enjoy the fantastic pool with the view in the afternoon. Our host, Martina was very friendly and always helpful. The employees who work on the property are also very friendly and keep the complex in good shape. What should be mentioned is the access road to the villa. You can only reach the villas by a narrow one-lane pebble path of about 400 m long. A sports car or a lowered vehicle is not recommended. I can only recommend Villa sole mio. Would go there again immediately.

We had a wonderful time here in the middle of Tuscany. It is advisable to arrive by car, it is perfectly located for the most important day trips in Tuscany. Clean rooms and pool, fast communication, wonderful views of the countryside.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

The stay was beautiful. The view is fantastic, the pool very clean, surrounded by a beautiful, huge garden. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic as the kitchen goes right to the terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. the air conditioning works perfectly, the nearest supermarket can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes, as well as there are various restaurants that can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. Like that of The Sor Paolo or the Barrachina.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Marco is the perfect host, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The house is perfect, nothing is missing and I have never met such a nice and courteous host.
