You will enter the guest suit walking up stairs and passing several hundred years old redwood tree where you will have your own personal kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, mini-fridge and electric kettle). You can get refresh by taking hot shower in an upgraded high end laminate flooring bathroom. This place is 10-min drive to Portland downtown, nice cafe and gorgeous hiking trail which is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

1000 sq ft garden level apartment, with two bedrooms, spacious living area, bathroom and kitchenette. Large windows look out onto a beautiful forested park with trails, creek and playground. Queen bedroom and twin bedroom are separated by the living area which has a sofa-bed. You have a separate entrance and the space is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. "Thank you for creating such a magical place..." Recent Guest "Best Tree House I've ever seen!" Recent Guest Let the kid in you come to play in this real treehouse held up by four trees, 18 feet off the ground. Zip line down or take a giant soaking tub. A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

A Beaver Runs Through It 3bed/2bath

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). This beautifully renovated home (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, central gas heat and central AC. Its a bright, clean, cozy space for anyone wanting to be close to Portland (but not too close) and surrounded by nature. There is some ambient noise from the creek below (a beaver partially dammed it creating a fall) and the highway above.

Hidden Garden Cottage

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

This small house has all of the comforts of home. All kitchen appliances are in tip top shape. It has freshly refinished hardwood floors a full and a spotless bath with a combo tub-shower There is a deck which overlooks a spacious lawn and garden. A hot tube is available on request in the back yard as well as a fire pit.
