The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.

Casa casco viejo Cedeira. Zona muy tranquila. A 5 minutos de la playa. La casa es de tres pisos sin ascensor, muy amplia. Planta baja: cocina y salón. Primer piso: baño, dormitorio grande y zona colada. Segundo piso: dos dormitorios. Tercer piso: un dormitorio y otro salón pequeñito. En la calle no se puede aparcar por ser casco antiguo pero sí pueden pasar coches. NO HAY WIFI!!! NO HAY CALEFACCIÓN!!!

Located in the center of town, 2 minutes away from everything on foot: the beach, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, auditorium, etc. Everything is nearby without the need to use a car!! A great place to spend a few days in our wonderful coastal town and enjoy our cuisine and people!!

All exterior,well located, 200 meters from the promenade,near a shopping center, bus stop and pharmacy 50 meters away and health center,tv in all rooms, microwave ,washing machine and all necessary utensils, exceptional views, wifi, and glued to Mt. se San Pedro and the millenium. Easy parking, second floor without elevator, few stairs and easy to climb. Super quiet.
