Super helpful given the unpredictable nature of our work & need for accommodation in the area. Highly recommend this property. Will be back when the time comes to work in Walgett again! It was hard to find at night after some issues on the road, but Haley was responsive and helpful. I think ultimately the largest help was finding out “fossicker’s den” was specifically listed in google maps. She was also helpful when the power went out, sending her son with a lighter so we could still cook on the gas stove. Also, the town and everyone in it is lovely. The main pub at the motel even has a lentil burger.

We just wished we could have stayed longer but will definitely go back next time we come to Australia. Absolutely loved the place.
