Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! In the green surroundings near the forest with birdsong, enjoy the sun and sit outside on the wraparound balcony or downstairs on the brick terrace, parking in front of the gate, bus stop (line 35, or call taxi) to the city center diagonally opposite, 4 km to the center, 10-minute walk to the Käppele pilgrimage church with view, idyllic and centrally located, cyclists especially welcome, breakfast (available in the mini-fridge) and coffee preparation (comfortably inside or on the balcony)

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.
