Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Central Germany

We had a great stay at Natalia and Alex‘s place. The location is really good, it’s not far from the city center (20 minute walk) and easyly rechable from the main train station. Additionally it is surrounded by a lot of great restaurants. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen was equipped with all necessities (we didn’t need or use any of them though due to all the restaurants around the flat). All in all, we had really nice time here :)

All in all, a very cozy and uncomplicated spot to rest for a weekend.

The flat was perfect! We were right next to the underground so could access everything we wanted. It was very clean and a map on the wall showed us the nearest amenities. Extremely helpful when we had some questions and very responsive. Thank you so much!

So if you want to be quiet and cozy with everything you need, then you should book here. I was able to relax here, absolutely great! The hostess also always nearby, if you need anything, explained everything to me in detail.. otherwise everything is also described exactly and the check-in is flexible.

We planned a trip to Prague super spontaneously and are very happy that we found a nice place to stay with Michal at such short notice. Michal is totally nice and welcomed us on time at the accommodation at the agreed time. Glad to come back!

The location of the Airbnb is perfect for people who want to be just close enough to the action without being to close. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay. It is super clean and the host is responsive and clear. The area around is clean and just steps away from a grocery store and public transport. You are less than 15 minutes from the Old Town which is stunning. Prague has a lot to offer and this Airbnb is the perfect stay.

I would love to LIVE in this apartment. It was very modern, stylish, immaculate, and efficient. Every detail had been considered. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor give great light and views of city life and the park. Access to public transportation from the Nordbahnhof right across the street was excellent. The free washers and dryers in the basement were plentiful and easy to use. The concierge ladies were so helpful and responsive. The Castle Bar (and their helpful pleasant staff) downstairs provided access to a good dinner.Thank you for a wonderful four days.

Excellent location making it very easy to both find the apartment and explore the surrounding area. Apartment was spacious, clean, and warm. Hosts were very responsive anytime I messaged them and sent a list of things to do and restaurants to visit in the area without me even asking. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This place is as pretty as it looks from the photos. The apartment was spotless and was in an extraordinarily convenient area. Katerǐna and her team have done a wonderful job managing this property. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back in Prague!

Great location, tram 22 takes you to all the main sights of Prague. The apartment itself is spacious, equipped with everything you need, warm and clean.

Ms. Thomas is the perfect host. She puts a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and respectful interaction. I felt right at home with her. She scores points not only as a host but also with her historical and culinary knowledge. Thank you for the wonderful time and I'd love to come back!

We were very happy to stay for a week at Monica’s place. The place was very clean and met all our needs. We use the garden, which also was very nice. The host Monica was always very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very beautiful and there is a lot to do.

The apartment was perfect - cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There was really nothing missing and we felt comfortable from the first moment. The hosts warmly greeted us, showed us everything and also said goodbye - a small honey purchase at Frederec with many treats was of course not to be missed. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fantastic surroundings. Our excursions to the Selketal were unforgettable - whether hiking through nature or enjoying the tranquility. And also the stamps were well-stocked. All in all, we can highly recommend the hosts, the apartment as well as the surrounding area.

very good centre, pubs in the hoop. the only one if you are with a motorbike, this is if you're staying on the street, which is a bit worrying.

Spent a very nice holiday at Ute's place and felt very comfortable from the beginning. I was also able to get to know her nice family.
