This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation of their bicycles and charging station is free of charge . Meissen , Moritzburg , Dresden great destinations

Welcome on board one of the most unique housing experiences in Berlin. This luxurious houseboat, floating on Berlin's river, offers an incomparable view. You can admire the city in the peacefulness of the water, from the rooftop terrace or the comfort of your bed. The house accommodates up to 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two terraces and more. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. The location of the apartment is perfect!🏔️

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.
