Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Central Germany

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cet appartement et globalement, l’expérience a été positive. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu, fonctionnel et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Il est également très bien situé : à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville tout en étant dans un quartier calme, ce qui est idéal pour explorer Prague tout en profitant de nuits paisibles. Cependant, un point important à souligner : mon amie a souffert d’une forte crise allergique due aux acariens présents dans le logement, ce qui a considérablement affecté son confort pendant le séjour. Il serait vraiment bénéfique d’effectuer un nettoyage en profondeur ciblant spécifiquement les textiles et literies, ou d’installer des protections anti-acariens. Cela permettrait d’assurer un confort optimal pour tous les voyageurs, y compris ceux sensibles aux allergies. Mis à part cet aspect, le séjour s’est bien déroulé. merci

Local de fácil acesso a estação de Florenc, que facilita muito a chegada e partida (avião/oninus). A acomodação é identifica a descrição e o check in é muito prático, com as informações fornecidas pelos anfitriões. O local fica a alguns minutos da cidade velha (~25min a pé). Gostei muito da minha estadia.

Geweldige week gehad in Berlijn met de kinderen. Appartement ligt dichtbij het stadscentrum, vlakbij zowel de U-bahn als de S-bahn. Ook vanuit de Hauptbahnhof makkelijk te bereiken. Verder een supermarkt dichtbij.

Awesome stay in the best of Neighbourhoods, Tram and Metro right outside, and very nice check in service. I would recommend this to everyone going to Berlin. The rooms are wonderful and spotless and their office is open 9Am-5 daily which is very nice!

Ich miete diese Wohnung immer wieder gern! Sie ist sehr ruhig – ideal zum Lernen oder Entspannen. Alles ist immer sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super: perfekt für den Weg zur Uni, in die Stadt oder zum Sport. Einfach klasse – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben super spontan einen Trip nach Prag geplant und sind sehr happy, dass wir so kurzfristig bei Michal eine schöne Unterkunft gefunden haben. Michal ist total nett und hat uns pünktlich zur verabredeten Zeit an der Unterkunft empfangen. Gerne wieder!

the host was friendly and hospitable. it was possible to leave the luggage before our check in time and it saved the day. the location was great because it was close to the tram station which took us everywhere in the city. it’s also close to the bridge and the dancing house spot. but if you are going on summer, I would check if you are on the room with AC, because it can get really hot.

Spent 5 nights here. Nice and spacious, quiet apartment with all the amenities advertised. Nice that there were a decent amount of glasses, plates etc. not in the centre, but very close to a tram-stop. Will consider stayibg here again

Alles prima, komme gerne wieder. Bitte für das nächste Mal Salz + Pfeffer auffüllen und ein paar Spülmaschienentabs bereitlegen. Aber das ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau. Das Zimmer ist super schick, die Dusche macht Laune und das Bett ist total bequem. Auf der Dachterrasse hatte ich sogar etwas Schnee. In der kleinen Küche habe ich mir zweimal königliches Frühstück mit Bacon + Ei zubereitet. Der Biomarkt unten erhält für die leckeren Sachen ebenfalls 5 Sterne und gerade die Kombination von Unterkunft und Einkaufen (immer frische Brötchen vom Bäcker) hat mir einen tollen Aufenthalt geboten. Lediglich ein seltsamer Geruch kam mir aus dem Zimmer entgegen, jedesmal wenn ich neu ins Zimmer kam, sodass ich immer erstmal die Terrassentür aufgerissen habe um frische Luft hineinzulassen. Bis bald !

Pobyt v tomto ubytování byl velmi příjemný. Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a přesně odpovídalo popisu. Hostitel byl velmi vstřícný. Komunikace probíhala rychle a bez problémů. Lokalita je skvělá – klidné okolí, a přitom blízko všeho důležitého. Rozhodně bych se sem rád vrátil a doporučuji všem.

Bonjour, chambre impeccable, bien qu'assez impersonnel puisque l'on ne voit personne tout est fait pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible avec entre autre un accès en sous sol à tout un tas de fournitures supplémentaires (thé, café, serviettes etc) Les chambres sur rue sont cependant assez bruyantes !

I would love to LIVE in this apartment. It was very modern, stylish, immaculate, and efficient. Every detail had been considered. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor give great light and views of city life and the park. Access to public transportation from the Nordbahnhof right across the street was excellent. The free washers and dryers in the basement were plentiful and easy to use. The concierge ladies were so helpful and responsive. The Castle Bar (and their helpful pleasant staff) downstairs provided access to a good dinner.Thank you for a wonderful four days.

Habitación limpia, zona tranquila. Privacidad y entrada autónoma muy importante. Toda una variedad de amamities. Agua y café y té a disposición.

Appartamento pulito,facile da raggiungere,stazione metro a circa 400 MT,interno nuovo,climatizzato, c'è tutto l'occorrente per 4 persone,terzo piano con ascensore,abbiamo trovato anche alcuni prodotti per la cucina e per l'igiene personale,ci è stato permesso fare il check-in con qualche ora di anticipo,ottima esperienza.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, paradas de bonde e a poucos passos da dancing house. É bastante grande e espaçoso. Igual mostrado nas fotos. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

ļoti labi centrs, krogi riņķī. vienīgais ja esi ar motociklu, tas ir jaatstāj uz ielas, kas nedaudz uztrauc.

Kleines, einfaches und ruhiges Appartement. Viel Platz zum Verweilen im Innenhof und im Garten. Toller Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen ohne Anfahrtsweg. Und eine supernette Familie, die Infos und Tipps gab. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl.

Lokalita i ubytování bylo skvělé, všude čisto a na klidném místě. Jedinou výtku bychom měli k výbavě pokoje - chyběla nám lednice, která by se opravdu hodila. Děkujeme :)

Ruhiges Apartment, gut ausgerüstete Küche und alles sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin hat freundlich und prompt auf alle Fragen reagiert und uns sogar etwas länger als bis zur angegebenen check out Zeit bleiben lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal Verwandte in der Gegend besuchen.
