Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Central Luzon

Accommodating host and squeaky clean condo unit! Thank you. It sure is a great place to stay when we went to join a fun run in CCP. We had a lot of fun! :)

Really great location right by a smaller SM mall. MRT across the street and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Leizl is also a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Place was clean and the host was very accommodating! she recommends places to eat as well. all in all the experience was great :)

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

We had an amazing stay! The airbnb was clean and the location was perfect, very close to restaurants, groceries and a mall.

This condo checks all the boxes. Located in Air Residence Makati, it’s surrounded by eating spots—from gourmet restaurants to quick food stalls. I even discovered a few hidden gems nearby that made the experience even more exciting. Having so many options right downstairs made everything more convenient and enjoyable. I rarely had to take a ride anywhere—everything I needed was just a few steps away. A big thanks to Ms. Rosalinda, who was very attentive, kind, and always available to assist. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay, even though we had a late check-in and early check-out because we attended my sibling’s recognition day. Everyone slept well, even though the air conditioning wasn’t that cold at first and the electric fan was broken. But they were kind enough to lend us a portable fan for our baby, who was feeling hot. In the morning, when you open the door, you’re greeted by the beautiful plants around the area. It’s very quiet, and there are no crowds. A suggestion I have is to consider adding a ceiling fan in the room and a small fridge for storing leftover food. Also, it would be nice if the road leading to the place could be paved for a smoother drive.

Plenty of space for our 15-pax group. The house was spotless and had so many interesting atifacts for the kids to look at and ask about. There are four floors and the stairs are quite steep, groups with seniors be advised. The rooms were cool despite the lack of air conditioning, good strong supply of hot water. Spectacular view out of the topmost balcony. Recommended, would stay again!

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

Abi’s place was beautiful! To the point I asked her who their contractor was. :) Everything you need is available, and food delivery was truly a plus! :) the dipping pool is good for up to 10pax standing. Great for “kwentuha” purposes communication was very easy as well Will definitely comeback

We had a wonderful weekend at Michelle’s place! The house was everything we hoped for—beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding as a family. One unexpected bonus was the EV home charger, which made things super convenient for us since we brought two electric vehicles on our drive up to Baguio. It truly was a cozy, green and memorable getaway. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a great stay! From the moment we saw the owners, I could say that we would be enjoying being there. I felt like they really prepared the rooms—they provided necessities, made sure that we felt the soothing ambiance, and all the stuff were really clean. I highly recommend them! If we would be given a long weekend anytime soon, we'd probably book them again.

Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

we really had a great stay at Maria's place, they were very responsive to our questions and everything looked like whats in the photos, the hotel is peaceful and quiet as well! the place looked so nice, the smell was nice, the amenities were good, everything was just nice as it is! venice mall is just a few min walk from the place and there are lots of convenience store, ATM, and restaurants nearby, its so accessible and easy to roam around with. we just wish there were more games to play in Ps4 but all in all it was really nice and cozy, everything was clean except there were small roaches in the kitchen, but its manageable. all in all, it was great stay, we had so much fun!
