Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.
