Monthly Rentals in Central Visayas

I really enjoyed Nathan's place! I had an early arrival, and Nathan kindly agreed to allow an early check-in. The accommodation was clean, with a large refrigerator (a plus!), and a comfortable ARMCHAIR (a super plus, as this is quite rare). For me as a digital nomad, this is very good accommodation. The only drawback I experienced was that upon check-in, the air conditioner started leaking because it needed servicing. However, Nathan’s assistants fixed everything within a few hours, and I had no further issues with the air conditioner. It's also very convenient that in the same building at the basement level there are drinking water refill stations, laundry facilities, and delivery services. Thank you, Nathan!

This condo is in a prime location—just a short walk to Ayala Central Bloc Mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment super convenient. There are also plenty of food stalls and local eateries nearby, so you’re never short on food options. The building features a great pool that’s perfect for relaxing or getting in a quick swim. The unit itself is cozy, clean, and well-designed, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one place!
