Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Sandra's apartment is amazing and would recommend with her eyes closed. It is complete and close to everything we lack nothing, extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often, the view from the balcony is beautiful. All electros and utensils work perfectly. The check in and the super easy check out we did not have any problems to access the condominium. Sandra is very kind and helped us with all the doubts, in the feelings at home. Thank you.

When we arrived the apartment was not clean, as the host had a problem with the cleaning lady, but took the blame and called another cleaning lady to clean the apartment. Arthur was cordial and resolved the disorder. Apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds we use were good and the photos and description match the reality. Very good location for those who want to enjoy the beach and the condominium tbm has a very nice structure. We'll be back! I recommend it!

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

We were greeted by the owner of the apartment Maria Conceição with great kindness and sympathy received us. From the booking we promptly served and clarified to us about the reservation.Recomendo and I hope to return again!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. The family stay was great! All as announced. Calm and easy to access neighborhood. The gentleness, clarity and availability of Jô were very positive points! We'll be back more often for sure!

Great location

Great accommodation and very well located. The hosts were very helpful and provided all the necessary information.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is down the street, about 3 blocks or so. We miss only a stroller to take the extra chairs and coler to the beach. We also use the extra sunguard, as only the beach service is small, we were with 3 children. The cart was missed, but we settled down. Limpeza do ap was good! Quiet building, helpful employees. We spend a lot.

The apt of Éder is cozy and has a good location, close to bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, air conditioning and showers working well, the difference of the condominium is the river, warm water until 22:00, Éder was a great host.

Great apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with a swimming pool, quadra, playground and a gallery mall below that offered options of convenience, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast restaurants. Next to the metro and easy to get around the area. I recommend it!

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The panoramic view of the cove is amazing and you can not see from the photo because it would need video, more than 5km of beach, the feeling is to fly over…the apartment was impeccable and very organized and comfortable…I will host again for sure

It was all great in the stay, it is only a bedroom with a double bed but it has extra mattress, the environment was very clean, just mind the sandwich maker was dirty but it was not a problem we cleaned up quickly and we used it normally, the air-conditioning grinds the whole flat which is wonderful since if someone goes to sleep in the room it will not be hot, the place is close to several restaurants and markets so it was very good for us, in the building itself there is a cafeteria that serves almost everything is the food is delicious, the flat is super pleasant and you really feel at home, for sure it will be a place that I will come back more my family 👏🏻☺️
