Immobile nuovo dotato di wi-fi, aria condizionata, lavatrice, internet, forno elettrico e microonde. La stazione dei treni dista 6 minuti a piedi ed il porto turistico è a 400mt. Ubicazione centralissima nella strada principale di Salerno piena di locali, bar, ristoranti e supermercati a pochi metri. Palazzo storico e signorile, ristrutturato con portierato (concierge).
