A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Com dois quartos, com cozinha equipada, sala de estar com lareira e uma casa de banho, ideal para 4 pessoas, mas com capacidade para 6. A luz clara e límpida é a principal hóspede. A casa está no topo da aldeia, entre a casa do “Povo” e a poucos passos da piscina da aldeia que tem uma vista de “cortar a respiração”, a 3 minutos da fonte Velha, onde pode saciar a sua sede.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty.
