Very good accommodation with the Jacuzzi, a small but significant plus that allows you to have a good time! Quiet but close to the city center of Le Mans.

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

We had a pleasant stay. Relaxing place and owners are friendly. We recommend this place with the beautiful garden and spa that we particularly appreciated 👍😺

A great apartment, super convenient for the #3 and #17 buses to downtown and the tram, and the #21 bus to Arnage. Boulangeries and a tabac for coffee in the same block. Even a friendly cat!

Two week work stay. Queen is both welcoming and discreet, attentive but never intrusive. The environment is not extraordinary, the cottage is slightly off-center, but the terrace is pleasant and we are a few minutes walk from the banks of Sarthe and the city center on one side (local shops, train station), and a large shopping area on the other. I had no vehicles and never suffered. Would definitely stay again.

Anne and Stéphane's cottage is charming with this small old house with a very cute little garden and the sound of the birds. The interior is very pleasant with all the comforts and very cozy. The mezzanine sleeping area is embedded in the old frame adds character.

Beautiful home with lots of space and convenient location in Arnage. The hosts were always very responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions and make us feel welcome. Would recommend for a family

We had a pleasant stay in a nicely decorated apartment on the ground floor. Clean and tidy.

Great host. I wanted tranquility and calm, added to that the pool and it was pristine. Me and my kids were very happy.

Great stay with a group of friends, a baby and a dog. Melanie is very responsive in communication Too bad we didn't have the best weather because the outdoor amenities are great. But we were able to feast even in the rain with the party room which is great. Small downside, some cottage are quickly wet when it rains which makes comfort a little worse. It's also a shame that a maintenance kit is not taken into account as a basic kit (a set of garbage bags, sponge, dishwasher tablets) to start the stay. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a great House in a perfect location for anyone who is going to the Le Mans Circuit or the City. The house is fabulous and Laurent is a great host who makes sure you know where everything is and then leaves you alone. The Tram can take you into the City or through to the circuit, or its a short drive. I would highly recommend both the House and the Host

The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. The garden with the pool and barbecue are very nice! The deck is also a plus with the awning that protects from the sun!
