In general, everything is good and clean, the sofas can improve, it is not very comfortable to be sitting for a long time, the space of washing clothes is something small like the bathroom, it is for 2 people as a maximum. It is not easy to opt for taxis in close hours.

Juan was a really great host and accomodating. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for a couple weeks. The area is safe and Plaza Norte is a 15 minute walk, the bed is super comfortable, internet is pretty reliable and fast, the gym is dope, the desk and chair are comfortable, the kitchen is solid, the shower has hot water and the toilet has a nice flush. For the price its well worth it. There's some dog barking outside and the couch smells a bit like dog pee so I covered it with a blanket to mask it a bit. Otherwise, I have no complaints really!

Excellent attention and nice place, I felt quiet and at home. The host was very kind, indicated and showed me the places of food, shopping and other, these being close to the place where I was.

The place is extremely cozy as seen in the photos, ideal to stay at home , everything was tidy and clean, Ms. lidusar is very kind and attentive, it is worth totally to stay there. It would definitely return 100% recommended.
