The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Hi, I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the property, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs, bathroom, separate toilet and small garden. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.
