Vacation rentals in Chabodey

Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

Quietly located apartment, well equipped, also in the kitchen we lacked nothing, nice hostess, good communication, super nice view from the jacuzzi on the terrace, may always be used. We would always come back!

We found the house fairly easily. Sandrine was accommodating after we arrived late due to Eurotunnel delays the day before. The house was lighter and brighter than in the photos and was very prettily decorated with lovely Alpine things- even Christmas decorations which was lovely. It was all very clean, tidy, modern and warm. I had possibly misread the room descriptions because the third bedroom is an alcove in the upstairs hall and not a bedroom with a door. My teen daughter was upset and then had an argument with her brother about who had the room with the door but as he is too tall for the junior bunk bed she ended up with it and it was fine. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a fondue dish and a raclette set which was great. We were worried about being snowed in but the snowplough was out at 5.30am. The house is near a main road so there was a very small amount of road noise. Sandrine and Yann are friendly and helpful - thank you very much.

If we could give this place more than 5 stars, we would! We absolutely loved our stay at the chalet. The view is out of this world, the chalet is beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. Eating breakfast on the balcony surrounded by snow capped mountains, birds of prey and the glorious sunshine was just fantastic - we couldn't have asked for a better holiday location. The chalet is dog friendly which is excellent - there are so many amazing hikes right on the door step. Thank you so much for a great stay - we'd love to come back!
