You will appreciate my accommodation for its calm and independence, it is located in the heart of the Charentaise countryside.... Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.

New, cottage in quiet hamlet with a magnificent view of the countryside, 20 minutes south of Angoulême, spacious furnished in a large Charentaise house with a large private shaded park of 3000 m². Two terraces, one of which is accessible directly from one of the largest bedrooms and from the ground floor hallway, the other from the kitchen area.

We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
