Gorgeous Annexe, spotlessly clean and super comfy bed. We had a Wedding close by so couldn’t check in until very late; Kate our host was super friendly, clearly communicating everything and even left the light on! Would highly recommend - great Air bnb host & place to stay.

Dean is a wonderful host. His attention to detail and thoughtful touches are so welcoming. We truly appreciated having some breakfast basics to get us going. Bed was very comfortable and there was nothing lacking. Dean is an excellent communicator - very responsive and proactive. This was a great location for us since we planned to visit several places south of London but it also has easy access to London by train. We had a lovely stay. Many thanks Dean!

We had a great time staying at this Annex. The place was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location with Tesco at close proximity. Helen and her husband were nice people; friendly and communicative and approachable. Highly recommended.
