Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

In the heart of the old district, 5 minutes walk from downtown and 3 minutes from the Canal de Berry. Accommodation adjoining the owners' home, Georges and Pierre welcome you. The living room is on the ground floor with its fully equipped kitchen area and living room, access to a bucolic backyard shared in a spirit of coffee shop. The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separated. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.

Simplify your life in this accommodation: bakery and butcher shop around the corner, large shops 500m away and restaurants in the city center 10 min walk. Market with local produce on Saturday mornings. Ideal for bikes, Canal de Berry nearby and the beautiful Forêt de Tronçais 15min drive. Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.
