Appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo. Ogni due giorni vengono cambiate le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. La spiaggia (praticamente privata) è facilissima da raggiungere scendendo poche scale dalla struttura. È formata in parte da sabbia e in parte da sassolini, il mare ha colori fantastici con scogli e sabbia. Filippos è un host impeccabile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una fruttiera piena di frutta fresca di ogni tipo nonché acqua e birra in frigorifero. Inoltre, ci ha consigliato al meglio sia i ristoranti che i supermercati locali, raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno con la mia famiglia perché è ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

everything was perfect; the owner and housekipper very helpful, nice, flat very clean... If a very quiet place, without the crowd of tourists, 15 kilometers from the airport - in a properly equipped luxurious apartment with about 350 meters of access to a nice beach with the possibility of kite surfing - suits someone ---> it is absolutely recommendable !! You can joke with the owner - who is known in the area. If you want to go somethere further - the owner will arrange a rental car or taxi at a better price. RECOMMENDABLE!

Our second stay in the apartment and just as good as the first. Wonderful location right by the sea and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very warm welcome from Pantellis (Angelos’s dad). We would definitely stay there again.

Wir sind total begeistert! Die Unterkunft entsprach völlig unseren Erwartungen! Despina und ihr Mann waren super freundlich, immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend! Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für die Umgebung! In der Unterkunft warteten Snacks und kalte Getränke auf uns - absolut klasse! Der Pool und die Außenanlage waren gepflegt und super sauber, der Pool war Wahnsinn und gerade mit Kind einfach toll! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen lieben Dank! ♥️♥️

Anastasios è stato super disponibile così come la sua famiglia e i dipendenti del ristorante sottostante l’appartamento. La camera era come da descrizione, funzionale per le mie esigenze. L’ho trovata ottima. Anastasios inoltre ha risposto a tutte le mie domande relative all’organizzazione degli spostamenti dandomi feedback e consigli!! La stanza si affaccia sul mare, dove ho potuto rilassarmi usufruendo dei loro ombrelloni, gentilmente offerti appena arrivata a fare il check-in. Anche il ristorante è da provare, cucina buonissima per me che sono vegetariana. Alla prossima!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Ολα τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και αρκετά ευρύχωρα. Η αυλη ήταν πολύ όμορφη ότι πρέπει για να χαλαρώσεις και να απολαύσεις το φαγητό και το καφεδάκι σου. Όσο για τις παροχές είχε πραγματικά ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας επισκέπτης. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

This was our second stay at Inger's home and it didn't disappoint. I cant say enough what an amazing host Inger is and it felt like our second home. The accommodation and setting were perfect. Sad to leave but we will be going back. Just wonderful !!

Dimitria et sa maman sont des personnes formidables, généreuses et très accueillantes. Le logement est très bien situé pour les balades en pleine nature et les quelques restaurants sur la place du village (à 100 pas). Le logement était impeccable, je vous le recommande.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix, le logement est situé dans un lieu très calme et central par rapport à tous les points à visiter. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, confortable et tranquille.

The room is not too big, ma cosy, the location is the best in the island. Far from the busy livadia, but not too far for a nice walk to the port, the restaurants and the shops. Maria has been a great host, putting a lot of care and passion in what she does. Always availble for advice or for whathever a guest can need.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Nikos Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kühlschrank/Küche mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln ausgestattet. Nikos war von Anfang an super gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns Taxifahrten sowie ein Mietauto organisiert und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Auch kam er mal nach Absprache in Begleitung seiner Mutter vorbei um das Haus zu säubern und sie haben uns sehr leckeres selbst gekochtes Essen mitgebracht. (Kleiner Tipp: Falls ihr Geld sparen wollt mietet euch von Anfang an ein Auto, da dies im Vergleich zu den Taxifahrten um einiges günstiger ist.)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor Ort hat uns Pantos sehr herzlich empfangen und war stets bei Fragen etc erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sah wie auf den Bildern aus. Für uns war die ruhige Lage perfekt. In wenigen Schritten ist man bei diversen Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles andere erreicht man gut mit dem Mietwagen. Auf der Terrasse gab es leider keine Möbel, sodass man diese nicht wirklich nutzen konnte. Dafür hat man ausreichend Stühle/Liegen am Pool. Das Bett ist relativ schmal, wir könnten dennoch mit zwei Erwachsenen und Baby darin schlafen. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

What a fantastic accommodation, perfect location and spectacular view from the balcony. Great communication by the host and we stayed 1 night but wished we had booked longer, we will be back to this place for sure!

Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία στο πανέμορφο νησί της Χάλκης! Η Villa Praxithea βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το λιμάνι, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι, με απίστευτα όμορφη θέα! Κατά την άφιξή μας, μας υποδέχτηκε η Runi, η οποία μας είπε μερικά πράγματα για το σπίτι και ήταν πολύ φιλική και διακριτική. Ερχόταν κάθε μέρα για να πάρει τα σκουπίδια. Το σπίτι πέρα από πολύ όμορφο ήταν πολύ τακτοποιημενο και καθαρό! Επίσης, μας άφησαν να φύγουμε αργότερα από την ώρα του check out μιας και υπήρχε η δυνατότητα, ωστόσο αυτό δεν θεωρείται αυτονόητο σε άλλους χώρους. Επιπλέον, ο κύριος Ιάκωβος επικοινώνησε μαζί μας για να μας ρωτήσει αν είναι όλα εντάξει με το σπίτι. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir sozusagen einen Privatstrand hatten und dass die Wohnung alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Es ist schon praktisch, wenn man ein Auto hat um Ausflüge zu machen oder die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gennadi zu erreichen. Marius war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr unkompliziert.

La casa è nuovissima, molto carina e confortevole. Perfetta per due persone, ma anche in tre è comoda. È pulita e c'è tutto quello che serve. La posizione sul porto è ottima in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La proprietaria Christina è stata gentilissima sia nella fase della prenotazione sia durante il soggiorno, e ci ha organizzato tutti i trasferimenti a Rodi. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto i proprietari del bar sotto la casa: molto gentili e disponibili sono stati un buon punto di riferimento per noi. È stata un'esperienza positivissima che probabilmente ripeteremo!!

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

Excellent location. Regularly cleaned. Everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Lovely large balcony with great views. A list of numbers for local services would have been useful. We didn’t need a doctor but if we had, we had no way of knowing how to contact one.

everything was great and as per the description. The kitchen with the dishwasher and the washing machine, wi-fi worth noting as it was fast and allowed for stream video calls and online lessons. We were also provided with the barbecue and we used it as soon as we discovered the butcher’s shop next to the Sofos supermarket, which takes just 7 minutes to walk from the apartment. The nearby crossroad to Asklepiu has the bus stop nr 76 and going by bus was comfortable. Also within the walking distance there are 4 restaurants, serving the same day fish at very very reasonable prices. There are no big hotels and no noise. The beach is just 1 min walking distance, very nice and with no crowds at all, safe for children. The area is so quiet we could even see reindeers on the path to the supermarket (the beautiful local “dama-dama” type). The field of the local football club is situated next to the apartment and they allowed our boy to play after they finished. Froso is the most attentive host!
