Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cham

it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

The place was super nice, we felt very comfortable. You can go hiking from there very nicely, the highlight was the sunset that you could see perfectly from the balcony in the evening. Can only recommend the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Our week stay was really great! Marta's apartment is beautifully decorated, everything you need there. And most importantly, it was clean and cozy. The tram stop is just around the corner and it's very close to the middle of the city. 100% recommended!!! Thank you so much and we'd love to stay again in the future.

We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We spent a wonderful few days in Manuela with grandma / grandpa and our dog in their idyllic house. We felt very comfortable, everything was clean and nicely decorated! We will be back :)

A quiet paradise to reset. The place was much more than advertised. From fish you can pet, chicken the kids could feed, a little “enchanted” forest to two well maintained pools. If you want to cook, this is by far the best equipped kitchen I have very did find in a holiday rental. The hosts were very friendly - our kids did not want to leave and we did not really want to either. They have other chalets on the same huge property.

Our stay in the house WaldNur was really fantastic! Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, which was a great start to our vacation. Even our dog was not forgotten. She immediately felt at home thanks to her own blanket and toys that were already ready. The house itself is perfect. It is fully equipped with everything you might need and the quality of all amenities is high. You notice that a lot of attention has been paid to details to make guests really comfortable. The location is an oasis of peace with great views. We really enjoyed the nature around the house. We took nice walks in the area and went skiing in Hochficht, which is easy to access. Finally, we want to thank Andi and Meli. Their hospitality and friendliness have made our stay even more special. This is without a doubt a place we'd love to come back to!

The apartment is spacious and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We liked it a lot!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything is within walking distance, the car is in the parking garage, which is 1 minute away and for breakfast there is everything in the supermarket, which is on the ground floor. Therefore, we can only recommend the apartment and we will be happy to come back.

This is a lovely apartment and is as beautiful as shown. It's perfect for a couple and within easy reach of everything Passau has to offer. Our hosts Astrid and Bernd were helpful, greeting us on our arrival and there to help if needed. Lovely stay.

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Clean, good location and super host

Super nice Airbnb. Furnished with a lot of love for detail. Communication with Richard was great, he responded within 5 minutes every time. Since we were there during the holiday season, the Airbnb was even decorated with Christmas decorations. Highly recommend!!!
