clean and spacious home. Rooms were with wardrobes. kitchen with minimal utensils. As we were travelling with senior citizens, could cook our meal. cooker was not there. but caretaker organized upon request quickly. Meena was very responsive and supported whenever required. it was a great stay at Rose Wood Annexe

A Perfect Offbeat Getaway – Pet & Baby Friendly! We had a fantastic stay at this place on Sunday with our two dogs and infant. It’s an offbeat gem, away from the usual crowds, offering a peaceful and breezy atmosphere. The staff here are some of the kindest people we’ve met—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help . The place is incredibly pet-friendly, and our dogs had the best time exploring the surroundings. If you're looking for a laid-back retreat with great hospitality, this spot is highly recommended!

Very nice vintage infused stay. Can listen to peacock sounds and also spot quite a few in the early morning hours.

Fantastic place, very well maintained, super clean and organized, aesthetically beautiful... the room, amenities, outdoor sitting areas, terrace garden, everything was spot on... the balcony with the room has better view and calmness... plenty of birds in the orchard... the terrace garden was good at night, during the day some construction was going on both the adjoining houses and the houses are very close to each other but that didn't bother us much... things are well thought, all utensils are available to heat up food and use... bathtub was good, there is a solar for hot water as well, we didn't have to use the geyser... it's a 5 star accommodation for sure... great to relax... definitely recommended... Plenty of options in Swiggy n Zomato for food... Chethana was very helpful and welcoming, would definitely want to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless and very well maintained. The highlight was definitely the stunning view — absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more special. Everything was just as described, and we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent place and great hospitality by Caretakers Bala and Shanti. They made sure that we had awesome food and a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It felt more or less staying at your own home and the home cooked food by Shanti was seriously awesome. I would recommend all families to rent this place as it is an ideal place to stay, especially with young kids. We had the pleasure of seeing Bisons at a safe distance from the property too. Overall me and my family enjoyed thoroughly staying at this excellent property.

The stay was so pleasent and had the best view for sunset, host murali was very friendly and helped us on all the necessary things. I would only feel the drawback is the way to the property was narrow and step apart from it its the best place i have ever stayed in ooty

Dinu is a great Host. The bungalow is located at an amazing site. Very serene and peaceful and away from city hustle. It has full fledged kitchen [you can even cook ypur own food], indoor games to keep your self busy, a big hall, music system, TV, etc. The best part was availability of breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby at reasonable price. Though limited option but it saves lot of your time by not traveling back forth to city. The caretaker was nice and he arranged household help for cleaning. Thank you for hosting us. We will love to come back. Improvement areas that beds can be made spacious [king size would have been great].
