Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

La Vrille - Metcho

La Vrille - Metcho is located in the municipality of Verrayes, totally exposed to the south in a natural amphitheater thanks to which a micro climate is established. Located in a central area of the Aosta Valley, it is a strategic point from which you can easily reach different areas of tourist interest in the region. The house is large and divided into two floors and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the garden. La Vrille is also a winery, ideal for wine lovers. CIR:0021

Chambres d 'Amis • L'Antico Fienile

20 minutes away from the town of Aosta, tucked in a valley indeed untouched by the usual touristic itineraries. This location looks like no other, reached through a small road across the woods inhabited by deer, roebucks, foxes and squirrels, drive slowly if you want to encounter them. The awesome 150 year old barn brought back to a new life by the owner - a designer that believes in respecting time and history - today has become a shelter where materials reign and live together.

NATURE and RELAXATION AT THE FOOT OF THE MATTERHORN

In the upper Valtournenche, at the foot of the Matterhorn, surrounded by herds of grazing cows in summer and white snow in the winter months, my wife Enrica and I will be happy to welcome our guests to our apartment. Close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km) but still isolated from the chaos, it is the ideal place to relax, observe enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountain, play sports and take fantastic walks starting right from the house!

PARFUM D'ANTAN is located on the lower floor of the house where Italo and Laura and their children Sofia and Matteo live. In the renovation, they wanted to maintain the original features. The home is decorated in mountain style with some antique furniture of the Aosta Valley rural tradition. It consists of two rooms, a large and bright kitchen and a cozy bedroom with bathroom. The spaces have walls covered in larch wood, the warmth and scent of which can be appreciated.

Lo Grenier - Chalet con vista a Saint Barthélemy

It is a typical mountain house, located in the village of Le Cret at an altitude of 1770 m, whose construction dates back to the 16th century and was used as a barn for the storage of cereals. It is a portion of a building that is part of a completely renovated complex and, as with the other housing units, the renovation took place while maintaining the original style and materials as much as possible, compatible with modern housing needs.

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
