It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with a sofa-bed, and two magnificent balconies facing the street, which makes it very bright. In the living room there is a Smart TV and a comfortable dining table for 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable 160x200cm bed, a good built-in wardrobe and it is also very bright as it has another nice balcony that overlooks the street. The kitchen is located in a separate room and is very spacious and fully equipped (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...). The neighborhood is an area with a lot of life in the center of the city, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer and very well connected (it has 3 very close metro stops and Cercanías). Minty Stay is the company that helps me in the management of the apartment and will take care of the assistance during your stay in this serviced apartment. On request, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service to/from the airport or train station. Elegant apartment in majestic area

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
