This stylish, charming, and secluded apartment in the Châletholz section is suitable for 4 people (112 m2) and extends over two floors with its own entrance. 52 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the lake and the entire Alpine range with its king, Mont Blanc. The ground-floor apartment is located alone on the lower level of the garden and is occupied by me. The two residential units are not connected. Only the external staircase from the parking lot to the first garden level is shared.
