Cette maison de charme peux accueillir 2, 3 ou 4 personnes. Elle est entièrement dédiée à l'éveil des sens, tout est pensé pour y passer un moment inoubliable. Retrouvez des prestations de qualités et insolites : baignoire balnéo, ameublement spécifique... Nous proposons en supplément différentes planche (fromage/mixte) ainsi que des bouteilles (vin/champagne). N'hésitez pas à nous écrire pour plus d'information. La maison est situé à Folles, 35min de Limoges, à 7min de l'A20.

House rental.

Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed, and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Cottage near Lake Vassivière, Le Béchat

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

Montfolles, rural enjoyment of the Limousin

In our beautiful house, Montfolles, you can relax wonderfully. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. A beautiful private garden where you can enjoy the views. In the village, 200m away, there is a nice restaurant. For cycling and hiking, it is a true El Dorado. Large stores 10 km away. Swimming water 2 km away. The house has 4 bedrooms, 7 beds maximum. Two toilets and two bathrooms. Luxury breakfast is available for 7.5 euros pp.

La grange de l'ours, ancienne grange rénovée en charmant petit logement de 60m² (entourée de granges), agencé en duplex, meublé et équipé avec tout le nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de votre séjour. Situé dans un hameau calme, proche de la RN145 et de La Souterraine à 10min avec toutes ses commodités. Guéret est à env. 20min. A 2min, l'Etang de la Grande Cazine pour la pêche et les balades. Accès indépendant, et terrasse avec grand jardin.

Détendez-vous dans un SPA haut de gamme 5 places face à un écran géant, pour profiter d'un film confortablement installé dans l'eau. La Suite 1925 propose également un bar Rétro Chic décoré d'objets chinés du début du XXᵉ siècle et une terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la nature. En été, le SPA se transforme en PISCINE INTÉRIEURE chauffée à 33 °C, un espace idéal pour profiter de l'eau à l'abri du soleil et des fortes chaleurs.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a small village, completely renovated, it is on the ground floor of the second accommodation (private entrance for each of the accommodations) and adjoining the owner's house. Ideal for a quiet stay, surrounded by nature (many hiking sites, swimming...) Close to all shops (3 km), tourist office (9 km) and train station (15 km).
