Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! Welcome to this beautiful cozy 30 m2 apartment on the 1st floor with its large balcony and very close to all shops and the train station. Located in the city of Vaires-sur-Marne, 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Paris. 2024 Olympic Games site 600 m away Direct access to A104/A4 highway in 3 minutes The apartment is located in a small building, on a quiet and little used street. All the shops and the train station that reaches Paris in 18 minutes are 50 m away.

Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.

Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann).
