Monthly Rentals in Chandler's Cross

Great cottage, even in winter we loved the views. It was impeccably cleaned and smelled like fresh laundry and soap when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and couch. Sarah and Jon were very friendly and helpful. Great walks/hikes straight from the cottage.

We had such a beautiful stay! The property is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is both private and quiet, which very much suited us. There are a few pubs nearby and some lovely walks. The accommodation was impressive; spacious and bright, yet very homely. There were so many gorgeous finishing touches such as candles and matches in the bathrooms and a handwritten note, homemade scones and clotted cream and jam on arrival! We were just a group of 4 ladies, but the space could definitely accommodate more people. The communal area with sofa and kitchen were perfect and laid out in such a sociable way. Very comfortable beds and sumptuous towels, which is quite rare in my opinion! Host Isabel was absolutely wonderful. She was so proactive, responsive and kind and nothing was too much trouble at all. Thank you so much Isabel for a wonderful stay! We had a perfect few days to catch up in such a lovely setting!

Susie was incredibly respknsive and very helpful with local pub recommendations. She added a coffee brewer for we Americans. We enjoyed the conservatory immensely as well as the fireplaces! It was fun to be able to see her mother's successes as a trombone player. It was a peaceful and very safe area which we appreciated. Thanks!!

I have already booked to go back again for two weeks in June, that's how lovely this place is. Beautiful location, set on its own, on a farm, lovely and quiet with stunning outlook. The wood burner was very popular, Christine had already set it up ready for our arrival. Didn't get around to using the BBQ or Firepit Very comfy bed made it difficult to get up in the morning zzzz Thanks Christine and Mark for making us welcome.
