Monthly Rentals in Chania

loved this place. it is a great location and Maria is an excellent host. she met us at the bus on arrival and gave us all the necessary information. she also gave us recommendations for restaurants. we very much felt like locals here because Maria was so friendly and known by the community. she even brought us an Easter basket with home made treats and red painted eggs so we could take part in the celebrations. highly, highly recommend staying here for a very welcoming experience

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful view, a thoughtful and responsive host and they even prepared a special welcome as it was my birthday. Definitely recommend for a long weekend break in Chania!

Right at the center of the city, almost next to a store to get anything you need. You can walk anywhere, old harbour is 5 minutes away. The place looked just like the photos. A very nice apartment. Ideal for couples on vacation.

Staying at Dimos' place was wonderful. The place itself was very clean and came with everything needed for day to day life. Dimos was even kind enough to provide some welcome drinks! The terrace was absolutely amazing and made watching the sunsets one of the highlights for our stay. While you aren't in the heart of the city, it is very easy to access. If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop very close down the road that can take you to the center. If you do have a car, the roads are easy to navigate. Just be prepared to have a plan for parking in the city! Either way there weren't any issues to get to the city center. Communication with Dimos was very easy. He responded very quickly and always had a helpful answer. The check in process was also very easy and we were able to access the apartment with no issues. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Chania!
