Lovely private and peaceful outdoor surroundings, perfect to relax in or to work from. You can enjoy a selection of delicious teas and coffees, whilst looking out in to woodland from the comfort of the double bed with memory foam mattress. Desk at window in bedroom. There is a large comfortable double sofa bed in the living room/kitchen space, as well as a breakfast bar. Bathroom has powerful shower overhead and flexi. Fast internet wifi, underfloor heating throughout, easy to use delicious coffee machine/selection of teas and complimentary breakfast items supplied :)

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Sizewell c and London are both 1hr drive away. london liverpool street by train 1hr. Felixstowe (seaside town) 15m by train. We have a cat & children, so can't be allergic to either ;-)

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
