Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

It was completely renovated in 2024, keeping its old charm and the comfort of the present. Its position in the village center will allow you quick access to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, church, bar, tobacco, convenience store) as well as the forest, river, pond, horse club, hiking and cycling trails.
