Vacation rentals with a firepit in Charente-Maritime

Benoît and Marguerite's house is wonderful. We were staying with two families with small children and it looked like we were in paradise. Quiet place, cozy house and very well decorated also… equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Benoît responded to our messages quickly and was very kind! Totally recommended!

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

we had a really lovely stay at Corrines house. It is beautifully situated in a great village on Ile de Re. We walked every day everywhere we needed to. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs. A really great stay had by all. we were 2 couple and 2 dogs. Really recommend a stay here and will return.

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is in a great location and makes it easy to radiate on the island. We were 8 people (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space sincethere are 2 separate sleeping areas and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining room table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is level which was appreciated for the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secured. Finally, in advance, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for self access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

A unforgettable stay! We had an exceptional time in this impeccable accommodation, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Olga, who immediately put us at ease with her smile and kindness. She gave us valuable and unique advice on things to see, visit, and live on the island – authentic recommendations, off the beaten path! The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing lacking. It feels good from the first minute, like at home – or better! As a bonus, a neighbor gave us fresh oysters: a delicious gift and an unforgettable moment. We recommend this place 1000%, both for the accommodation and for discovering this island! Thank you Olga

Great stay despite the bad weather!:) It's really an exeptional place and the decor is just beautiful The photos are in no way misleading and do not accurately reflect the quality of the property itself Whether it's on decor or interior or exterior design choices! The apartment is very nice, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Indoor courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is ideal for exploring the surroundings. Ile de Ré and the coast are easy to reach by bike. The city center of La Rochelle is close by. Flexible check-in and checkout and everything was very well organized with John who is very responsive. Everything was perfect and we had a very pleasant stay.

have a great memory of this rental and will not recommend it to my entourage. It may be pleasure to repeat the experience in the future Mrs. SAGE and MR DELANGE

Claire and her husband are extremely welcoming and available! The location is close to Ile de Ré, and easy to reach by car. Their young dog is very sociable and playful (we were with our dog and child under 2 years old). If your child sleeps in the same room as you, the room is also the room giving access to the front door (good to know in terms of organization)

The apartment was very good, clean and with everything you need for a few days of vacation as a couple. Jacqueline welcomed us very attentively and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. She is a very kind and cordial person. I recommend it without hesitation Thanks Jacqueline!!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

The location is perfect. Beach a 3-minute walk away. You can get everywhere on foot or bike. Very clean and peaceful accommodation Daniel is very nice.

We had a pleasant evening in the cabin nestled among the vineyards! The place is peaceful, we were able to recharge our batteries and start the year with peace of mind. Waking up to vineyard views was amazing! We highly recommend this experience.

A nice romantic break! We stayed one night at this unusual cabin, recommended by our friends who came a few months before. Naomi is very attentive, both by her welcome and by all the little touches provided on site for us to have a pleasant time. The view is incredible and the opportunity to enjoy a fire pit and/or barbecue is a real plus!! Thanks for the lovely time!

We had a great time in the Calcaire cabin with a magnificent view of the vineyard. It was what we expected, we recommend it!
