The accommodation is adjoining the house,it is totally independent, quiet and bright. It overlooks a terrace and a comfortable living room where you have at your disposal an equipped kitchen. The whole opens to the pool surrounded by a private garden.

It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

We offer 2 bikes to visit La Rochelle (10 minutes from the CV by bike) and Île de Ré (30 minutes from the bridge). On returning from your day, you can relax in your private sauna (in the bathroom).
