Monthly Rentals in Charlestown

We loved staying here. The location is beautiful and just a few doors down from the beach. The place was perfectly sized and clean. As a plus, Monica surprised us with a birthday bottle of wine and balloons as a gift. I highly recommend staying here!

Edwin was very communicative and specific with instructions and rules. The place is really comfortable for one person. Very cozy, clean, great back deck seating area with a grill, and overlooking a stream, and super close to amazing downtown with great food and fun atmospheres.

Highly recommend with beautiful decor, very clean, great location with river view and nearby restaurants, ample parking and responsive host.

This Charlestown house was perfect for us - a little bigger than we needed but we appreciated the space. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of bed linens, pillows and towels. The furniture was comfortable. Very nice appliances. There was a drip under the sink and Maria had it fixed right away. We did get great exercise going up and down the flights of stairs - it is a three story house! There was a folder with advertisements for local attractions. We appreciated the attention to detail. We recommend this house wholeheartedly. We would definitely stay there again.
