Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Sleeping in a cozy farmhouse with a beautiful view over the surrounding meadows? In the small, peaceful village of Cossaye, we rent out the HIDE OUT: the perfect place to unwind. Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel which belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan ".In the house all old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is fully equipped with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.

In the countryside "La petite maison" Charming cottage

Located near the Canal du Nivernais, "La petite maison", now air-conditioned and remodeled, is a small piece of paradise along our surroundings with views of the Morvan and the horses. The calm and space will make you appreciate your stay in a charming and very well-equipped accommodation (wi-fi, air conditioning, sheets, linens and cleaning products provided, appliances ). In the garden, children can run freely. Here you are at home! Self check-in.

Small 45 m² house on the side canal of the Loire. For nature lovers, the cottage is located in an ideal setting to relax by the canal (10 m from the bank) and close to the Loire. Linens are provided. Towels are not provided located 30 minutes from LE PAL amusement park located 25 minutes from the Bal de l'Europe in Génétique located 12 km from Decize with its nautical stadium and all shops located 25 km from Moulins-sur-Allier

Quiet little studio, close to the highway, 10 min from mills and 20 min from Le Pal Park Self check-in at this self-catering home. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, senseo, induction hob, ... Bed very comfortable TV with Netflix Possibility of charging for your electric vehicle for €20 (also having an EV, please contact me). Ideally located in the countryside, enjoy the outdoors from spring (terrace, barbecue, etc.).

4 m2 wooden teepee, mini-camping on the farm!

Small wooden tipi of 4m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2 seater mattress inside, sheets are provided + duvet! For bathrooms, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30m from the tipi, in a module under the greenhouse. the kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
