There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Our Tiny House is located at the border of the National Park Du Morvan. A beautiful quiet area, with lots of hiking and cycling paths. As well we are offering a great work space with excellent WIFI inside and outside the accomodation. It's located in the old orchard next to our house on 700m² privat ground. We build it in 2017 almost entirely of second hand materials. We purify our waste water ourselves. Partly because of this, we use ecological wash and cleaning products.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its most beautiful market in France but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval Guedelon construction site or the Château de Saint-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more.
