Modern 2.5-room apartment in Lausanne Montchoisi, 10 min walk from Gare and 15 min from Ouchy. Bright living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, quiet bedroom, and smart lock self check-in. Shops, Migros, Coop, and restaurants nearby. Stays in a central yet peaceful area. P.S: There is construction work taking place opposite the building from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5pm, expected to finish by November 7th. When the windows are closed, no noise is heard inside the apartment.

Clean, peaceful and close (2 minute walk) to Lutry beach. It is 600 m from the CFF train station, and 270 m from the "Corniche" bus stop, and 700 m (8 min) from the center of Lutry, 4 min (300 m) from the Coop shopping center There is a balcony (5m2) overlooking the Lavaux, the Prealps and a part of the lake. There is no parking space available around the building (unloading possible). I could lend you a bike if you want.
