Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room giving access to a balcony with outdoor dining area. A master bedroom with shower. Upstairs, a second living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms including 2 with shower room. 2 outdoor parking spaces and 1 covered.

Welcome, come and relax in our cottage ideally located in a quiet area. At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Summer Multipass Pretty small chalet of 2 floors which includes an entrance with storage, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a living room and its wood stove all giving access to a south facing balcony. One toilet and one bathroom. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a toilet. The first bedroom with 1 king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. All 3 are equipped with storage and have access to a balcony.

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.
