Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Linens are not provided (sheets, towels, etc.) Cleaning must be done by you before your departure.

Several services and leisure nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling alley and a superb "Forme d 'O" water complex. A free shuttle bus stops at the foot of the residence.

A private and fenced garden completes the property, ideal for letting children and pets frolic.

At your disposal: 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed 1 sofa bed 130x190 1 shower room with toilet 1 full kitchen 1 ski room with a wardrobe. Linens (sheets, towels) are not provided. However, blankets and bedspreads are available, but no duvet. Wifi unavailable!!

Ski-in apartment near Prodains Express

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Le Grenier du Servagnou in La Chapelle d'Abondance

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the Panthiaz slopes, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Fully south-facing, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a shuttle by snowmobile and/or SSV to the first car park accessible to cars. Return to the chalet on skis possible.
