Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

Stayed 2 months and it’s essentially a perfect stay. You get 24/7 security as well. Nearby are many shops and the location is quiet and peaceful. Host is one of the most responsive and helpful host I’ve stayed with. Replied all my messages with passion and efficiency. Would recommend to anyone.

Good restaurants nearby. It’s a 20 min walk to the Green line sky train. The host was very responsive and helpful with providing info on attractions nearby. The staff were polite & courteous. Save the address the host gives you because google maps inputs the wrong location. I’d definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone. Thank you.

This was the best place I stayed at in Bangkok! Everything was super clean and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and natural — no synthetic fabrics, which I really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. It’s a bit of a walk from the BTS station, but there are regular tuk-tuks that get you there in just 5 minutes, so transportation was easy. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, and there was plenty of storage space for all my stuff. Highly recommend! The host was also very welcoming and thoughtful — they left a lovely welcome basket with snacks, which was such a nice touch after a long trip. Highly recommend!
