Very nice cottage with all the amenities you need, the SPA is a plus! Very welcoming and friendly host! We had a great time!

Together with friends we spent a wonderful week in the Moulin sur Seine. We didn't miss anything and we all felt very comfortable. Michel is a wonderfully likeable host. The house, grounds and spa area are a dream. We will be happy to come back. I would like to highlight the existing charging station for electric cars, which is still missing in the description. Definitely a plus.

The Amazonite cottage is a pretty stone house very well decorated. The bedding is very comfortable, a well-equipped kitchen (perhaps lacking pots and pans but not necessarily necessary if you prefer to eat out). The plus: the spa which is in a beautiful vaulted stone cellar. We had a lovely weekend and highly recommend this place. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us and congratulations again on the renovation of this charming house.

The house was perfectly faithful to the photos: impeccable, very well furnished, with a lot of charm and a warm atmosphere, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Sofia was extremely responsive and friendly and did not hesitate to call on her contacts to help us change a car wheel because what is an EVJF without a flat tire?! We had a pleasant stay and leave with very nice memories. Once again, thank you for everything!

We had a lovely stay at this perfectly equipped house. The space was clean and functional, communication seamless from start to finish. Very good location, close to the lake and the farm. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

We were looking for a place to spend a night and an evening in privacy near the casino. and we were satisfied. The accommodation is cozy: Good quality extra heater, coffee maker, spacious and recent shower, a good mattress. Everything was there to have a good time.

We had a very nice stay at Fabien and Melanie's place, the location is ideal a short walk from the lake and close to many activities. We were with our grandchildren and had a lovely stay. Melanie and Fabien are very responsive when needed.

We spent one week in this home for our summer vacation. This place was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful place with a garden where you can relax without worries! The cottage is in perfect condition, and you won't miss anything (everything is designed to welcome visitors). In addition, Richard and Caroline are extremely welcoming hosts! The area offers very pleasant walks really not far away, but also cities to visit! We recommend it with eyes closed!

We were welcomed in this clean and well-located accommodation near the lake. Everything is functional and as described. The fenced garden for the dog is nice too. Celine is available and responsive. We would recommend this listing and will definitely be back.

Good personal welcome from the hostess and host. We had a great time. Beautifully located cottage with good facilities. Our only note is that the sofa wasn't as comfortable. The interior is very complete. Beautiful location on the lake. Nice terrace with sunshade and shade in the garden. The house stayed nice and cool due to the shutters. The bbq was perfect to use during the hot weather. The presence of the spacious barn is also pleasant We swam a lot in the lake , it's clean and wonderfully fresh. In short, a top stay!

We had an excellent stay. The agency is not very responsive or helpful, but once we got in touch with the actual owner of the property, she helped us very well and responded quickly to our questions. Everything was very clean and well established. All suited for young kids, like a baby crib, chair and even toys and a stair gate. Flexibel check-in and check-out times, nice garden (with vegetables), beautiful surroundings. We recommend this place if you want to stay in a nice place in the countryside!

Ideal accommodation for a stay in Le Der, very well located and well-equipped. Julie was responsible and accommodating. I recommend it!

Nice welcoming cottages, well equipped, with very comfortable sleeping arrangements. There were 10 of us and the large cottage was large enough to accommodate us all, around a large very friendly table or in the living room in front of a fire in the stove. We didn't take advantage of the outdoors because there wasn't enough time. The cabin is superb and we thought of our small children who would have loved it but we were, however, able to share a game of pétanque. Tour of Troyes on Saturday, hike to Lac du Der on Sundays and return by Châlons en Champagne on Monday. busy Easter weekend that allowed us to meet up with friends in a beautiful place. The address is to be remembered. Thanks to Carmen and Benoît who, although on vacation, were very responsive.

A unique place to stay. Its charm, style, tranquility and friendliness made it a beautiful and restful place. We recharged batteries, went swimming in the river and enjoyed excellent French wine, cremant and food. We highly recommend Daniel as a wonderful host.
