Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The yard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.

Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
