He was a great host, even when we wanted to extend our stay by a night or two, he responded quickly and gave us no trouble. I highly recommend him and this apartment for a little stay!

Great long term stay at Carl’s. He’s extremely friendly and hospitable. The place is cute and has everything you need- nice to have a little outdoor space too. The parking spot is a tight squeeze for sure, we got our small car in but would definitely flag that to anyone with a large vehicle. Overall great stay!

This is a great stay while we were evacuated from Altadena. The bedrooms are well arranged and the home is in a very active location in town. Although do keep in mind this is literally right off the exit from dodger stadium. So you can see, hear, experience the 110 freeway (an iconic artery of DTLA) from your window. Just enough parking for 2 cars in the narrow driveway and a third on the street. 4 cars might be a pain but doable. You’re also a quick stroll away from all of the incredible food and nightlife in the area. For our young folks from out of town this may be a feature and not a problem as it’s very conveniently located close to all the cool things to do in town.

Responsive hosts, Wonderful place. Every time I work I LA I will be staying here. Quiet. Peaceful. New. Clean. All the amenities one could need. Stayed for 7 weeks. Loved every minute. Walking distance from nice restaurants and public transportation. Will stay here again
