The apartment is located in the Chemnitz Luther Quarter. The university campus and center are within walking distance. It is very well connected to public transport (train, tram and bus). Free parking is available on the street. The apartment is approximately 55 square meters and has a living room with a large couch (extra bed possible), high-speed Internet connection (fiber optic), Magenta TV, a fully equipped kitchen with balcony to the quiet green backyard, bedroom and bathroom.

In 10 minutes you are on foot at the main train station, in 15 minutes in the city center, with the castle pond and forests nearby – ideal to explore the cultural capital 2025!

Dear future guest, In one of the best locations in Chemnitz, equipped with a park or castle pond, which also invites you to take beautiful walks, 15 minutes away from the city center is my cozy, inexpensive accommodation. From the central train station it is a 20-minute walk or by bus (line 21) directly 100 m from my front door. The apartment offers a nice balcony, bathroom with bathtub, 1.80 bed and a small kitchen with coffee machine. See you soon!

Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
