Earlier dilapidated old building will be renovated top. New diverse cultural offerings arise at a time. A place for the curious, pioneers and explorers! Right now, the street is being completely renovated! Because of the construction site, it may be very noisy in the bathroom facing the street during the day!

You have the entire apartment to yourself: living room with super large sunny ROOF TERRACE, bathroom with tub, bedroom with 140 bed and kitchen. It's all there you need (and maybe a bit more... ;-))

There is a small dam nearby for swimming and a leisure pool or the Muldenwehr in Hartenstein. The actual village, shopping and train station are about 1 km away. Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
