Vacation rentals with beach access in Cheoin-gu

Most people probably booked it for the view. And it's a nice view! Kind of difficult to look out during rainy days but when it's sunny it feels like you're on top of the world. Loooots of food options nearby. Skincare clinics too. And everything in between. The neighborhood reminded me of Vegas a bit - big buildings, big stretches of road, and very little shade from the sun. It was still good fun - make sure to visit the park nearby and rent a motorized boat (albeit slow) for some nice R&R on the water. You should keep mindful of the neighbors. The host was kind enough to check out late which we are super thankful of!

This apartment is located next to lively Time Space shopping center that has many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The apartment includes parking and the host is very helpful and responsive. Similar to many studios in Korea the place is small and the bed is soft. The building has many floors and rooms so expect wait times for the elevators.

I had a great stay at Daye's place! The room is very, very cozy and it has a great view (especially in the evening). The location is perfect as it is really right next to the subway and also many sights are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in China Town and there is also a small shop downstairs in the house. I had some trouble finding the house (because I'm 😉 a goofy tourist) but Daye did her best to help me. She drove to me by car to support me. In addition, I got coffee from her against the jetleg and helpful tips on how to store the luggage, restaurant recommendations and the earlier check-in was possible without any problems. I was very happy with my stay!

Communication with the owner was very smooth before check-in. The apartment was very clean and convenient, the space was spacious, and it was located in the center of Songdo, so it was scenic and convenient. It was very suitable for tying with a washer and dryer, etc., and overall, it was a very satisfactory trip.

The hot mat and heating were very good, so I was able to sleep warmly. There were various amenities, so it was smooth for cooking, washing, etc. The bathroom was clean and the interior was tidy, so I had a pleasant time. Considering the price and location, I think I will come again.

The location is very convenient, near the subway and so many stores around. The room is neat and tidy.

It was a satisfying trip. The access road is too steep, so it's dangerous, and it's a bit of a shame that there are no convenience stores around.

The elders loved it when I took them. The host was so kind, and I took my baby, and the room was so clean, and I had a really warm stay before heading out. They even gave me kimchi when they said they were going to grill meat, and the affection was warm. I'll be going if my parents come from far away next time! Thank you~!

Host is really nice. When I have questions she responded immediately. This house is lovely it has everything what you need. Different type of tea and coffee. Also Ramyon :) Washing machine work well. I’m impress that host provide with various different type of trash bags ^^

It was very good value for money! The interior was nice and most importantly, it was warm!

Photos match the place, close to a subway what you could go everywhere. Cozy studio, with everything you need for passage, not luxuries, functional. Good stay.

It's clean and quiet. I had a comfortable rest. There are also 2 rooms, so I had a good healing without disturbing each other. I intend to revisit in the future. Thank you~

I was in a hurry to travel for work Public transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants. I used it comfortably. I'll use it again next time when I get a chance.

The homestay is right next to the subway, very convenient transportation, there is a lot of food nearby, convenience stores, and so on.The grandmother was very nice and provided us with water and was there to greet us every day when we were out and home.The B&B is clean and tidy, there are many prepared mattresses, so it's not a problem for three people to stay.

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)

Very comfortable and clean, and in an excellent location.

The hosts were very nice, gentle and fast responsive. The male host especially was a caring one, allowing us to check in early, bringing extra blankets and changing the code of the door lock etc when requested. The location was the best of all -Safe and convenient for every purpose. It took only 30 minutes to Gangnam subway station, the center of Seoul. There was an airport bus stop in about 5 to 10 minute's walk. Hundreds of high quality restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. My family tried 10 different restaurants during our stay and we all agreed that we should have stayed longer to try each one of them.
