Our house, completely renovated in 2023, having kept the charm of the old stones, is ideal for hosting a couple with or without a baby. Nestled in the heart of the typical village of Judea, you will be at the start of hiking trails (GR223 and close to the beach). Located at the end of the village, you'll find peace and quiet. Private terrace, garden with garden furniture, barbecue.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

My accommodation, very comfortable, is in the countryside. It is close to the sea (5 km), the landing beaches (50 min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1 hr), Mont Saint Michel (1 hr 40 min from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, Titanic exhibition...), the Montaigu la Brisette animal park (10 min from the cottage), you will be close to the Cotentin and Bessin marshes, the Sortosville-en-Beaumont biscuit house.

The accommodation is located on the GR23 in the heights of a bucolic village. A superb place.A real paradise for nature lovers, rocked by the lapping of the stream that borders the terrace and the sea resac. From the terrace an unobstructed view of the sea and pond. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Sciotot: The small house – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small, old, characterful, semi-detached house, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

Small townhouse

During the months of July and August, rentals are made by the week, from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am. At the tip of Cotentin between Hague and Val de Saire 30 minutes from the D-Day Landing beaches. Close to supermarkets, Cherbourg city center served by regular bus line. Sea, beach , swimming pool, water sports, city of the sea,also served by bus. Hiking, horseback riding, sports, Tourlaville Castle.

In the village of Biville , close to the dunes (400 m), the beach, the GR 223, renovated former farmhouse including two houses with a common courtyard of 400 m2.
