This totally independent unit benefits from a clear view of the surrounding countryside, its refined decoration calls for calm and rest. The living room offers a lounge and a dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped, the shower room is comfortable. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a hotel quality queen size bed. We can equip you for baby free of charge upon prior request.

The Clos du Marronnier studio

Le Clos du Marronnier is a small typical Bessin farmhouse, located at the entrance to the village of Coulombs. We work there with our horses (equestrian education and equicoaching) and do permaculture. On the first floor of one of the houses is an independent, newly renovated studio. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to preserve an engraved lintel from the dawn of the landings) and a miller's staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area.

"Arty" is a stylish and central home located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) in the historic center of Caen, with views of the Cennais castle and rooftops. It is a duplex with exposed beams consisting of a kitchen open to the main room, a shower room. Upstairs you will find a place to read/rest a little out of the way and the room is separate and very cozy. This year 2025, the celebration of the millennium of the castle in Caen with festivities all summer.
